As one poster above correctly noted, in Muslim countries drinking alcohol is a crime under the Sharia law (they can smoke weed to get high, though). I guess that in some extreme cases (let's say in a country like Afghanistan) they may even execute someone who was found guilty of drinking alcohol beverages. I doubt that the Sharia law uses such terms as DWI, though.
