How to manage ERP implementation partners well?

My company is a ERP software provider,and we have developed many partners to implement the ERP projects to customers.I just can not find a sophisticated way to manage them well,for example,what service should I supply to partners?how to examine the satifaction of it,on the other hand,hwo to examine the performance of partners… As you know,ERP implementation partners are of a new type of partnership .I am desired to have a theory with approachs to handle it.
