Bill I would have to say that I would use it on all the in-breeders that I have to deal with in my job. I hate stupid people. There ought to be a test before giving birth to another stupid person. Sad part is most babies are smarter than the parents that had them. They just lose intellect as they grow and are raised by the stupid leading the ignorant. Okay. Enough. Sorry. I would setit to the highest settng and use it on anyone that did NOT support the ieda that ALL age limits and restrictions shouldb e lowered from 18 or 21 to 13.
