The crime rate has been declining but we are nowhere near getting rid of it totally. As at January 1, the statistics for 2006 stood at 1300 which is a decline from 1700 in 2005.

I think all those figures given by Racquel are not the true crime figure...I think they dont want people to panick so there are deflating the figures...

I don't really know but i think it is average because that's the reason we we came here but when we came here we heard the rate dropped.
