Yes, teens can be hired to function as "tech's". They must meet strict requirements depending on location of the pharmacy. Your best bet is a local, independent Pharmacy whose owner will allow you to become employed, learn how the business works, serve in an assistant position. My family owned a Pharmacy for 40 years & assisted many young people to make Pharmacy their career. Pharmacy is work - but very rewarding.

Taking your question on face value a teen under the age of 18 might not be allowed to work in a pharmacy as an assistant. Because the pharmacy would have a large volume of prescription drugs the medical liability insurance might mandate a minimum age (i.e., 18) for those working as an assistant.
And keep in mind that working as a pharmacist assistant will probably require the completion of a state approved certification training program. You could do a YAHOO or GOOGLE search on pharmacist assistance training and see what "hits" you get on vocational schools offering online programs for pharmacist assistance certification.
However, If you wanted to "check out" a pharmacy to see what it's like your high school (assuming you're in high school) might have a career counselor who could help you arrange a job shadow (one day only) or a short term internship (anywhere from a week to 6 weeks). To make this a smoother process many high schools offer such outreach activities as part of an established health care fields vocational program. Talk to your high school counselor and ask about such programs.

Yes, you can be hired as a pharmacy aide. You answer the phones, run errands, and pretty much do the very basic work. When you get 18, you can become a pharmacy tech as on-the-job training or through a post-secondary setting (it a certificate of completion). I wish you the very best.

It depends on your states laws. Most states require that you become a pharmacy technician before you can work behind the counter in a pharmacy because mistakes can be life threatening.

I don't know what the laws are in your area but in Ontario we have to be licensed. There is a course you would take to become a Pharmacy Technician and that would allow you to handle the meds behind the counter.

depends on the laws in your country/state/province. think you might need some sort of course in pharmaceuticals before you go into compounding or anything, but im pretty sure teens can be cashiers or supervised assistants at pharmacies. ask your local pharmacy, theyd know more than us.

i'm not sure, but i think no. you could always go to the nearest pharmacy and ask, but i'm pretty sure you have to be at least 18 or older to handle medications. assistants might be a little more leaniant, though
