Well, there is one theory that the past, present, and future all exist at once, like the still frames in a movie reel.
And just like watching a movie, the future "frames" are there, but we just haven't seen them yet.

People can experience time differently (Einstein and relativity), but I don't believe that the future has already happened - the universe doesn't work that way.

If by asking, has it "already happened", do you mean, Is it fixed? If so, I'm going to be in the minority here and say Yes. I'd explain why I think that but it would take too long and nobody here is looking to be convinced anyway. It's just my two cents.

No. We have the ability to choose right and wrong, and our choices
determine the path our future takes. If the future already happened then that would mean everything is pre-ordained, that we dont have
the ability to choose; right and wrong would not matter because we had not choice in the actions we take
