Keep your face fresh with both cleansers and moisturizers that won't clog your pores (it will say something like "oil free" or "non- comedogenic"). Also, look for a moisturizer with a light sunblock about SPF 15 for everyday. If your skin is looking good, you won't need a lot of makeup.
If you want a touch of color to your lips, get a yummy lipgloss (also with SPF). If you're looking for something for your eyes, I used to put a VERY light amount of Vaseline on my eyelashes when I was not wearing real makeup yet. This won't work so well if you wear glasses though, it will smudge up the lenses -- yuck.
I'm assuming you're young and lots of other girls in your class get to wear makeup and you want to also. I understand, I was in your shoes. But here's the deal, those girls are using WAY too much makeup. Period. If you're wearing makeup correctly, no one should be able to tell you even have anything on. So your parents are probably just afraid that they'll send their kid to school looking like a sideshow clown. You'll thank them later, trust me.
But if you are set on wearing some makeup, ask Mom (or whatever adult you're comfortable with) to go shopping for it WITH you. Stop by a cosmetics counter or go to a Mary Kay party so that she will rest assured that you have been taught how to apply it properly. If you are self conscious about some skin issues, ask to see a dermatologist. If you have some solid points like this, you are MORE likely to get your way because you will sound mature and thoughtful. DON'T WHINE. If your parents still aren't down with the makeup, you'll just have to live with it. But no one looks at their yearbook pictures and says, GEE, I wish I wore more makeup! So don't worry. Enjoy your young skin while it lasts.

I agree with the other person anything you would use would technically be makeup. It would just be a bare bones way of doing somthing you have been told not to. So either you sneak and wear makeup (not advised) or you don't.

If this is for theater then talk to you parents and explain that makeup is used to make your facial features show up so the audiance can see them. Tell them you respect there wishes but would appreciate it if they would allow the use of makeup for the stage only. If they agree get a small zippered bag and put your makeup in it. Let your parents hold it until practice or shows and return it promtly to them.

good luck!

if you're not allowed makeup like lip stick, try a lip stain. it give you some colour, and with chapstick on top your lips will get a natural kissable look. use the lip stain on your cheeks to put some colour on them instead of blush. dab a bit of vaseline on your lashes to make them appear longer and fuller.

I'm 27 and stopped wearing makeup when I turned 20. I wear a good lip gloss (Christian Dior is my fav) and a nice perfume (Eternity) That seems to be enough to turn guys heads.

Pancake batter for foundation, melted candles wax for lip stick; Sharpie pens & Highlighters for blush and eyelids, dirt & grease for mascara

This is a strange question, because anything you used as a substitute would still be "make-up". My only suggestion is that you go to a beautician and have your eyelashes coloured.

You can use Vaseline to make your lips shine like lip gloss. You can pinch your cheeks to make them look like you have on blush.

hmmm...

you could use berries or jelly to get some color on your cheeks.... from what my older brothers told me, it wasn't a girl's makeup that made her look pretty, it was her clean face/hair and a nice smile and attitude.

Best of everything!
