A bachelor in psychology or one in social work - you probably need to get up to masters or doctorate level.
There is also a marriage and family therapy major offered at some schools. You will probably have to get a license to practice after getting your degree.

Social work. You can often do sort of a specialty thing in that area, and the working degree is a master's which isn't too bad when you think about other careers.
