I don't know I might need plastic surgery because there is a scar on my face in my birthmark area it is light colored and is like a thin scar it won't change back to the color of my birthmark. I used self tanning products but the scar is still visible.

try mederma first. you can find it at walgreens or drug stores ot walmart, basically anywhere. after a few months if it still doesnt work, if it still bothers you then get the surgery, but a lot of girls like guys with scars. it adds character.

You should check out laser treatments...but seek one from a dermatologist office not a medical spa...trust me on this...
