Okay I just got the New i-pod Shuffle and I need help I already have i tunes but from there on Im stuck I plug my i-pod in but then this thing comes up that says I have to read and then say if I agree or not what should I click on AGREE or DECLINE can someone explain what that is for?

Click Agree, it's just a statement declaring that you don't do anything illegal and etc. It's nothing to worry about. :]
