Me and my husband are trying for a baby. I was wandering when the best time to convice would be for me. The date of my last period was Dec 12 thru the 16. I have a regular 28 day cycle. I looked up a ovalation calender and it gave me a week and a half that I am ovalating but is there a certian day that is better to concive? Any help would be great. Thanks in advane.

There are test on the market that will tell you when you are ovulating. go to the drug and get one of those.
And ovulation is often accompanied by a sharp knife like pain the a woman's side, low on the side of the ovulating ovary.
Theory would put your best day for conceiving at day 14 of your cycle BUt....

If you have a 28 day cycle and your last period was on December 12th than you can expect to start your period on January 9th
You would be fertile on January 20th through January 24 and ovulate on January 23rd.
Expect your period on Febuary 6th
In Febuary you will be fertile on the 17th through the 21st and ovulate on Febuary 20th.

Go to www.babyzone.com That is the site I use and I use ovulation predictor tests. The site usually is right to the day for me. Just go to the ovulation calender and it will help you out every month. GOOD LUCK!!!!

i would make luv every day...missionary position is best for conception. NOT woman on top!
Raise your legs on a stack of pillows so the sperm flow towards the cervix. I have read that mens sperm is strongest in the mornings though. If he drinks coffee tell him to stop whilst u r trying to conceive..and u drink orange juice for the folic acid.
Just be calm, and think good thoughts...and don't tell people what u r trying to do...just make luv....it will happen...I pray

The middle of your month is when you ovulate. But maybe you could pick up some of those ovulation test. I seen them at the dollar tree today, Im not sure how well those would work but if they sell them there they may not be too much anywhere else. good luck

My doctor told me not to worry about a good time ;) She said if you have sex every other day, you are bound to hit your fertile time and increase your chance of becoming pregnant. I've charted my cycle and had sex right at ovulation time and I'm still not pregnant. I hope this helps...just try to forget about it and have fun. It usually happens when you're least expecting (from what I've been told)!

Try fertilityfriend.com. It should help you out. And doing it every other day won't help... women are only truly fertile for about 24 -72 hours a month. Pinpoint those dates and increase your chances!
