Hi Chemtrail

THe answers on this website really show how ignorant we are in cleaning the toxins out of the body. The average american has one bowel movement every 2 days and almost everywhere else in the world is 30 minutes after eating! If toxins are sitting in the colon where are they suppose to go? They get in the blood and that is main reason we get illness and disease. We Americans eat so much food that is processed and has all types of chemicals in them. It's no wonder we lead the world in the most types of diseases known.

To answer your question; the process is to get herbs (or colonics) that help give a person regular bowel movements and cleans out the colon. You can do this effectively with a 5-10 day cleanse by eating organic fruits and vegetables (better yet juicing them) and using herbs to help clear the toxins.

Who makes money if we are all ignorant and have health issues (drug companies of course)? If we eudcated everyone to have 4-5 colon cleanses a year our nation would have most of our freedom back. Health freedom anyway.

Best of health to you

I can't imagine why anyone would say that an enema would be dangerous. Possibly these people don't know what they are talking about. Don't believe everything you read in this forum. Use common sense when you get an answer that doesn't make sense.
I've used enemas for years. They help get rid of the flu and colds. Instant relief from constipation. Good for headaches. The list is endless. The only disadvantage to an enema is it flushes out needed bacteria in the colon. Or if you do the enema using too much pressure you can, in extreme cases, rupture the colon. If you have some doubts as to how to do an enema, do some research. They can be very beneficial when done right.

What do you do with your car's engine oil after 5 or 10 thousand miles? You get an oil change and you have the feeling that your car is running smoother and better.
Modern medicine takes advantage of our modern way of thinking. Our bodies however are not machines and just by getting an oil change - a colonic cleansing - we will not make the problems go away.
The best solution for colon problems is FASTING. Fasting gives your body a REST. How would you feel if you had to work 24 hours a day 365 days a year for 70 or 80 years? That would be inconceivable, right? That is however what is expected of all of our internal organs.

Because the pro-colonic people are quacks and the anti colonic people are MD's trying to keep you healthy.

Don't you think that if firehosing your poop chute had any genuine health benefits, the Medicare folks would have come up with a billing code for it years ago?
