You can't get pregnant, but of course you can get STDs from doing that. Don't think that it's safe just because it doesn't involve intercourse. Make sure it's with a person that you know and trust who has been tested...lots of things can be passed on that way.

Sexually transmitted diseases of all types, colors and sizes. It is still sex, after all. Aside from these, there are many emotional consequences, obviously. Talk to your mom.
