In the movie, 'East High' is set in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but does anyone know which high school they really used?

I know they filmed some scenes in my old high school in Murray, Utah and some other scenes like the beginning in the ski lodge in Salt Lake City, Utah. I remember the hallways so, yes, some parts were filmed in Utah.

I agree with the first 2 awnsers.
If you look online it doesnt say anything about a real High School as part of the set. It was probaly just a fake set built by whom ever does that stuff on the set!
I can also tell you Story Line of High School Musical 2...
During summer vacation, Troy Bolton & Gabriella Montez spend their break by hanging out at a local country club, owned by Sharpay & Ryan Evans' family. Chad & Taylor also accompany them and organize a talent show at the club. Troy and Chad will have jobs as lifeguards.

its actually just a gym in their studio. they made up the name like in the new disney channel series cory in the house, the white house is a really small model that they made and then they made it bigger on the computer.

I am pretty sure it was just a sound stage. I don't think they used any real high school.
