Probably not. You'd have to tackle guys in the upper 5' to lower 6' range that weigh 180-220 lbs. Unless you were a shutdown cornerback who could count on the safety to do the actual work....

It's not how big you are, it's how big is your heart to play the game.Go for it ,but you can get hurt.Remember to be the aggressor and once you make contact keep driving your feet,hit low ,below the knees and any runner will go down,no matter how big they are.Watch the pros and those dummies that tackle above the waist are usually ran over by the backs ,but if you see a tackle low the runner is down,period.You must be very aggressive and put your shoulder into the tackle ...Best of luck

i highy doubt u could makeit in tothe nfl. most teams wopuldnt draft someone that small. unless u have an outstanding collage career. but it would be hard for u to go against backs that can use thier powere like ladainian tomlinson,rudi johnson, or willis mcgahee.

you could but you would probably get used every game.you would be the other teams target.they would put their biggest fastest reciever on you.
