I mean how many pet owners actually read the ingredient labels (although they are misleading).
How many pet owners contact manufacturers and ask them about the ingredients?
My guess is very few.

How many people know what they are eating, let alone their pet?

Look at the side list of incredients for something like frozen corn dogs. It'll make you sick!

Oh, my GOD. Dude, feed your pets whatever the heck you want to, but you're not convincing anyone that packaged pet food is bad.

Responsible owners DO read the labels. Yes, the nutrition facts, (guaranteed analysis) can be difficult to understand, but the ingredients list is pretty clear. For example, the food I feed my dogs contains beef, chicken, peas, carrots, oats. How is that misleading?

Again, please stop preaching and being a troll.

Most don't but they should. If a person can afford premium brand dog foods they should go that route. INNOVA, Merrick, Candidae, etc.

People don't call the makers of their own food so why check on dog food?!
