There are a couple of ways. The easiest being to go to lpunderground.com, sign up, and it does cost $25. Or, if you don't have a way of buying online, you can print out the page it tells you to after you sign up, and mail it with a check or money order for $25. Or, you can go to Best Buy and buy the fan package (after tax, I paid $26 and some change for this). They have 4 different packages, the only difference in those being the shirt size. It comes with a slip of paper that gives you instructions on signing up online.
