There are a trillion possibilities here. Check and recheck for what has changed since you last were able to download the software. Are you using a new web browser, or a new version? Often javascript permissions get in the way. Is your javascript enabled?

My experience seems to point to a problem at Adobe. I have gotten around it by installing a old version of Flash.
