go get Belarc advisor at http://www.belarc.com It will tell you everything about your computer

You can open the computer case and look on the motherbroad. There should be empty slots on the back of the computer. AGP slots are brown while PCI slots are white. If you don't want to open your computer, you can install a free program, Lavalys' Everest Home Edition, and it will take an inventory of your computer's hardware and display it for you. Some one mentioned Belarc Advisor, which is o.k., but it is more for taking an inventory of what software is installed on your computer. You can download Everest at:
