itsays the wireless network is not connected. how would that happen? i didn't do anything. it just happened.

i am using my old laptop that is plugged into the termminal. it works fine. i turned it off and restarted it. it ididnt change

Right click the wireless connection icon on your task bar. Select "Repair". Windows will do the rest.

If the icon is not visible, then go to "Network Connections" through the Control Panel. Right click the Wireless connection from there and select "Repair".

Try unplugging the power to the wireless router for one minute and then plugging it back in. That usually works assuming it all worked fine and you could connect okay before.

I had this problem a couple of times with my own wifi set up. It turned out to be that my ISP had shut down our Internet connection in order to do a little maintenence. Call your internet provider and see if they are doing something like that in your area.

go to my computer/ control panel/ network and internet connections/then click on CONNECT.
