I was told by a book not to exceed the temp of 100 in the bath tub, because it's bad for the baby. So, I'm guessing it would be around there, or a tad bit more. Since I'm not sure I would recommend calling a doctor just to double check :-)

You need to take something right away (tylenol will not harm the baby!) if you have a fever! I too am pregnant 27 weeks and high risk. I had a 103 temp 2 weeks ago, and my dr yelled at me for not taking anything (i was afraid to harm the baby). It is better to take tylenol than not take anything for it. My dr said that high temps could cause a high risk mother to go into labor! My advice to you is call your dr right away if you have any questions on what to do!! Anything over 100 is a temp!

If you run a fever over 100.5 I would see a doctor. Or if the fever lasts for long.
