Cell Phone help ( nextel i850 ) ?

i have a i850 and for some reason whenever i shut it, it turns off completely. has this ever happened to you with this phone , how would you fix this , and where 2 take it to get it fixed. Thanks

It has happened to me. It is defective and if you have insurance you can take it to your provider and get it replaced. If you do not have insurance then ask your provider for the Motorola warranty phone number and call them. Tell them the problem and they should send you a new one at a nominal fee.
