She's an attractive female. Her hands look feminine not masculine (assuming that the hand in the first photo is hers).

And why we can't all be nice to each other I don't know!

it looks like a man.... but you can fix this with a few procedures

1) brow lift focusing on the medial aspect...

2) shaving the jaw bone down so it is more curvy than boxy

3) i am not sure about the hairline since the pic is cut off, but the forehead slope and position of the hair is also a manly cue. can be surgically corrected.

4) there is some degree of male brow bone, which can be reduced by brow bossing through the same incision for a brow lift,

5) also, perhaps a vertical chin reduction would be the final touch to feminize the face

(my preference) I like a sharp, thin nose, so you might want to consider a reduction rhinoplasty with a columellar strut to project your tip in a more feminine way. also, a small graft of septal cartilage should be placed in the radix since your eyes are wide set and your radix is quite low. (think, princess diana). if the nose were narrowed a bit, that would help too. the nasal bones would have to be broken and reset in a more narrow position, but this is standard rhinoplasty

estrogen / primarin should add a bit of fat to the face as well, but you can't change bone with hormones. fat grafting may also feminize the face.

i am assuming this is you... you should contact doctor ousterhout in san francisco... he does facial feminization for a living. im not crazy about his noses (am very picky about noses) and he's not always done 100% perfect work but he is one of the best. look at some of his work: http://ai.eecs.umich.edu/~mirror/FFS/LynnsFFS.html#anchor72451

This person is a male, who is trying to appear female. But, yes, the throat does show it, as does the chest hair. Plus, the fingers. There is an anatomical difference in the relative lengths of the fingers, for male vs female, which is very difficult to disguise.

I was finally able to get the site up after many tries.
The person looks like a male but dresses like a female.

Female. I don't see what's wrong with the way she looks, she has pretty eyes, and her smile looks nice. Granted it's better in the second one, but in the first she's showing her personality more. Personality is better than looks.

Spread hummus, mustard, or pureed roasted red pepper on sandwiches as an alternative to mayonnaise.
