My son played a game and took the game out to play another. The green power light stays lit, but the screen is black with no sound. Is there any thing that I can do to make this thing work again? The psp is brand new and I've been trying to contact the maker for the last 4 days with no answer. Pleez Help?

I took the battery out and put it back in. I switched it on and off and the power light is on and it shuts off after 3-5 mins. I have also charged it , still a black screen. I put a game in and it still doesn't play.

try taking the battery out and put it back in if that dose not work try taking the psp to a game store

well try putting the game he had in before again and see if that makes a difference

did you try taking out the battery and putting it back in?
resetting it?

I have one too but I never had this problem. try to restart it or charge it or something. Good Luck!!!
