I mainly just need something that gives a good reason for me to tell my bosses I'm quitting. Because the only reason I have is because I can't put up with their crap anymore. But I can't say that. I have to come up with something professional .

You don't have to give a reason. something like this is OK:
"As of mm/dd/yy I am resigning my position as xxxxxxxx. I thank you for the opportunities I have been given."
Keep it short and sweet, but don't burn bridges. You never know what the future holds, or when and where you might run into your boss again.
