Currently, you can find Speedy on the Volkswagen Golf ads as well as some of his cartoons on Youtube & Dailymotion.
Funny story about Speedy. When Turner & Warner Bros merged, Ted Turner deemed the Speedy cartoons offensive considering he's about to have Cartoon Network worldwide, and that Speedy might ridicule the international viewers. To Turner, Mexicans might feel offended at if they see Speedy, but that's just Turner. It's not really a PC issue, just corporate bottom line, as corporations like Turner at the time wanted to reach a wider audience as possible.
There has been a petition going on since 2002 to bring back Speedy, and still goes on. Supposedly, there's "good" news that he's back on Cartoon Network since 2002, but so far, the VW Golf commercials are the only indication that he is.
Did you know that Speedy is quite popular to Hispanic viewers? To them Speedy represents all that is good & positive about Latin Americans, and serve as a great role model for all the ninos & ninas everywhere. They're the ones leading the petition to bring Speedy back.

Boomerang, the sister entwork to Cartoon network on cable still runs the old Looney Tunes cartoons, including the Speedy Gonzales ones. Also, turner classic Movies, at 8:30 pst runs a half hour block of the old cartoons and occasionally the have some of those as well.

Other than there I am unaware of anyplace that still runs the old Looney Tunes cartoons, although they are available on DVD. check blockbuster, or amazon for them.

Maybe it's a racial thing. You might check "Boomerang" though. They show all kinds of older cartoons. My four year old granddaughter is hooked especially on "Smurfs" and "Tom and Jerry".

The rights were snatched up by cartoon network (or some similar network) and they can choose to show them or sit on them.
