Is it true that if you breast feed, you lose your pregnancy weight faster? Also, does your bosom shrink, grow, or stay the same?

yes and no...

it does really depend on what you eat and your genes...

the bosom does not shrink, it does engorge a bit during nursing and feeding...

not to be too personal but, mine kept it's ummm...buoyancy, shall we say better than my non nursing friends...

nursing does help your uterus contract and get back to shape quicker though...

All of those are really individual to the woman. I breastfed and I think I lost the weight at the same pace that I would've had I not been breastfeeding. However, two weeks after my daughter's birth I had lost 35 pounds - Much of that was water weight and the weight loss tapered off even as I breastfed. I still have a good amount to lose though!

My breasts were good sized before but now they're bigger - that's probably because I still haven't gotten to my pre-pregnancy weight though.

You do burn more calories breastfeeding....

But your bosom is dependant upon your genes... I know mine just drooped....I have alot of stretch marks and my boobs sag but are still larger than they were before I was pregnant
