my mood swings arent severe or anything, and im thinking that possibly i may be over dramatizing little things in my head, but maybe this is just normal and i have to get used to it... for example, if im having a really good day...... a little roadbump can come along and like totally mess up my mood.... i can go fom happy to sort of uncaring and a little sad because of a small obsticle..... and, its not like the day is ruined, its just that i get down for a period of time until something takes my mind off of it or something good happens.... is it not normal, or is it just that im not good at hiding the way i feel? lol.

Try to relax. Learn to meditate or go for a walk in the forest. You won't believe how much better you will feel. If this doesn't work, go and see a doctor. Good luck.
