You can take it whenever. They take your best scores so you can retake it again when you're a junior.
Unless you're some kind of child prodigy who's very, very advanced, there's no point to take it in the 9th grade since you wouldn't have taken enough math to do well. Your English looks like it could use some more lessons as well.
If you want practice, download an old test or take the PSAT.

You can take it whenever you want as long as you have paid for it and you have the #2 pencils.
At the time you take the test, you can tell the administrator to throw out your test. You won't get a score that way.
If you don't get your test thrown out, then, yes, it will be reported to the colleges you're applying to years later. You can take the test repeatedly, and any that you don't throw out will be reported.
Advice: Your spelling suggests you will do very poorly on the verbal portion of the SAT. Wait a while. Go to the library and check out some of the SAT prep books that are there. Do the practice tests in those books until you feel confident. Good luck.

you could take the SAT at any time. even nonetheless, maximum universities won't settle for rankings from before Junior 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, till this is a concern attempt taken on the tip of sophomore 3 hundred and sixty 5 days (for those one 3 hundred and sixty 5 days forward in math). there's no reason to take the SAT in grade 9, with the aid of fact it incredibly is going to likely be a adverse indicator of the type you could carry out whilst in comparison with the national usual, it extremely is frequently how faculties be certain in the adventure that your rankings are good or no longer.

you can take the SAT whenever you are ready, but i recomment you not take it for fun because the scores stay with you and college will see them
If you are thinking about SAT2s
you should take then after you taken a high school level course of that subject.
Biology from 8th grade is not enough for the SAT 2- my friends took it 9th grade ( we have bio in 9th grade) and one got 800 , one got 780
and for the math SAT2 2C you should take it when you are done with precalc. i took it in 10th grade when i am taking Calc BC, since i skipped precalc altogther, and got 800, most people in my school get 800 for the math one, and ifyou didn't get 800, its suppose to be really bad and UC's require it
the histroy SATs are pretty hard
yeah, basically take SAT when you are ready. Do lots of practice before taking the real thing! it helps!

Yes, you can take it, but you may not want to just yet. I took it in 8th grade through the Johns Hopkins CTY program (see link). The junior year score means the most for college application and all of your previous scores are reviewed and weighted in your college application.

It may be possible but not recommended because most children at that age are not academically ready!
