I recently had a baby-6 months ago. I put on 15 pounds after the baby. I work 3rd shift and am having a hard time finding time to work out. Can someone make any suggestions for me to lose 25 pounds with ease????

There's really no "easy" way - but there are some small changes you can make that can make a big difference. If you drink juice or regular soda - STOP! They're packed with calories. Stick to drinking LOTS of water. If you must have soda - drink diet. Park in the furthest area of the parking lot you can so you have to walk. Take a brief walk on your lunch/breaks. Stick to a low calorie, low-fat diet. Eat LOTS of fruits and veggies if you get hungry - experiment with lots of different spices too so you don't get bored with what you're eating. Keep gum handy - I find that it staves off hunger.

Try the South Beach Diet. You will lose your tummy weight first. I lost 12 lbs in the first two weeks. It is a healthy diet. Good Luck

Walk, eat less carbs and drink plenty of water. The slower the better because if you loose it quickly you will gain it back quickly. Everything in moderation! Wish you much success!

dont eat atleast 2 hours before you go to bed, because if you go to bed on a full stomach, it dosnt digest it or anything it just sits there and turns into fat
