Get yourself a old tire, hang it up in a tree ,mark off 10 yrd distances and start to throw Thur the center.Eventually get a friend to run from scrimmage too different points and try to connect with him.Watch the pros ,they throw the ball before the receiver gets there. This is good timing and will build confidence.I'm sure you can get a book on J.Unitas or other QB,that will have more information for you.Library is the place to go and look up information or maybe on the Web.

Sorry bud, not until we get robots that can play football. Just get a bunch of footballs and throw them at targets and things or just throw one, run over and get it, go back and throw it.

Stormer_X is correct. First if you want to be a QB, you need receivers, um like your friends, teammate's, warm bodies, little brother, or every body's favorite little sister, Cowboy fan. 30 footballs and targets around your yard. Use your imagination, practice your drops your release stuff like that.

Throw against a tree, or the fence in a tennis court, or get a big net and rig up a net to throw into.

start by laying on your back and toss off then just throw the ball staight up as high as you can catch and repeat.... just the throwing part needs to be repeated. Not the tossing off...

See Napoleon Dynamite? You video tape yourself to see if your form is OK as you throw though tires or something.
You'll have to shag balls though.
