Yea, sweetie but do you trust the brother, who knows what he has. If you know you don't have anything then keep it that way and use a condom each and everytime if you're going to be sexuality active. It isn't about trust its about your health and that should be the most important thing to you, knowing you got sum some kids and whutnot.
