Which one is better? and Why?

I think college is better becuase it's the real world and you can choose the school you want to go to and you can drop a unwanted class you don't like. Plus, you can study abroad. But the only problem is paying for it.

I like college better because you get more freedom and there's less gossip going on. High School is so dramatic and everybody is so judgemental of others. Im very mature for my age so another reason I like college is because I feel more comfortable telling people Im in college than telling them Im in High School. It's like they take me more seriously. And another reason I like it is because you have better bonds with your teachers. Mine give out their cell phone numbers and one of mine this quater even took everyone out for drinks and bought us pizza too! lol It's easier to learn when you feel comfortable and unafraid to ask questions and can talk to the teachers as if they were just one of your friends etc. Sorry I babbled on but I love the college life!

College is still not the "real world" when you make your own money, responsible for a family, responsible for your 401K, retirement plans, medical bills, living expenses then can you say "real world"...

But yes college I like much more...and no I can't just drop any class....duh...classes are required of you in order to graduate. If I don't complete my core classes and electives then I still would be in college....(hmm after all that doesn't sound so bad)...

But ask just about anyone...college is so much fun (I lived in the dorms and met sooo many more people if I would have not resided at school).

I'll say college because you do have freedom over what you take, who you take it with (most of the time, unless you're in a specific major that only offers one class or in grad school), and there's just more freedom and responsibility in general. The price thing does suck, but I guess freedom always comes with a price.

Other than that, I don't think high school and college are really better than each other. To me, both are pretty much the same experience. I do my own thing, I go to learn, and that's that.

College. Friends are more mature and the Drama Queen stuff stops as well as the head games. Much more opportunity. Check out what the college of your choice has to offer. They may have grants or monies available to help you do what you want to do. Good luck.

College is way better. You have a choice whether or not to go and you don't have to go to the same classes everyday. You're more independent and are treated like an adult.

high school is cool too...the good thing about college is that you get to choose most of the classes and stuff...it'll just cost you but it's definitely worth it (as long as it's what you really want)
