No other person has the right to put another person to death. No matter what the crime. And prison is much of a deterant for anyone. But in his case just give him to his people and let them do what they will to him. Not sure what would happen if he is hanged. But more than likely he will be within a few days.

He was hanged for his crimes today and hopefully there wont be any get evens from the people who still actually supported him.

Why they would is beyond any sane reason but then again Hussein wasn't a sane mane just power hungry. Sounds familiar to you??? Hitler comes to mind.

LOL, Charlene L... thats just too funny.

As for the ?. You are too late to try and make an impact. He IS going to be hanged for his crimes. Do I care what happens when he hangs? No. I certainly don't want more of our troops to die but at least it more than likely won't happen here.

I think he should be forced to spend the rest of his natural life in prison. By killing him all we are doing is making him a Martyr, which is something he wants. He should die shamefully after spending years in prison like any other common criminal.

If he is hanged I do expect to see some celebrating in Iraq but I also expect to see some retaliation. I would say the week after he is hung will be a week that experiences a large loss of life in Iraq.

I'd prefer he rot in a tiny isolation cell----no books, newspapers, radio. etc.,. No would should, then, ever speak to him. He'd slowly go crazy. And, he'd realize what was happening.

Killing him may make him a martyr and that is not good.
