no... i just want to kno if they can fuse together? or can people do?

what do you mean? dragonballs and dragonballs? the principle is if you gather the 7 balls together, it's not that they'll fuse, but they'll call on the dragon.
if you mean can the dragonball characters fuse, yes most can. mainly with the fusion dance and with the earrings. in order to use the fusion dance, the 2 participants must be equal in power. the earrings will just fuse whoever will wear it. of course throughout dragonball there has been various other ways to fuse (such as piccolo and neil in the freeza saga, or how bhu and cell "suck" the characters in)
or maybe you're talking about the other kind of fusion, where a character fuses with the dragonball? yes, this sort of happens at the end of dragonball GT, wher goku finally "fuses" with the dragon/balls (i think shen long or the blackstar. or both. well, anywho, he absorbs the dragonballs) and becomes a deity, part of the dragonballs (and i guess that's the last of the goku we know).

I dont really understand your question there...do you mean can dragonballz's character fuse? if thats what you're trying to asked us,,then the answer would be Yes, character in Dragonball can fuse. They need to have equal power, strength before fusing,,for example, Vegeta and Goku (whom both have reached level 2) and trunks and goten (both have reached super saiyan level).
There were many fusions in dragonballz during the pink buu's arc.

No, it effectively neuters them. Then there are no more dragons.
