Okay, so you figured out the first two using the highlight/selection method. The next few are all single letter answers, right? l, i, s...
Notice that the title to #9 says, "the answer isn't a letter"... and that you already know the answer.

You've had single letters, so how do you get to an answer that is a word? Hopefully you were paying attention and heard an answer in my clues.
