Do a search on "wma to mp3 converter". There are plenty. There is nothing that comes with xp that will do it.
There is one method if you only want to convert a few songs and do not want to download anything. Burn the wma's to a music cd and then rip the cd to mp3's. This is not practical for a large number of files since the cd will only hold about 12 songs in music format.
