I'm waiting for an answer, because I can't find it either. I think it is about 11pm eastern standard time, but I'm not sure.

According to Yahoo News, 6 a.m over there is 10 pm EST over here. So, probably about 8:30 CST, if he's getting hung at 5:30 a.m over there.
