I wasn't terribly thrilled with the Stratosphere. It was rather run down. I felt like I was in a mom and pop motel in the middle of Kansas.

any hotel or motel is scummy.
las vegas is a bad place entirely.

The Imperial Palace!! It's gross there and nothing works!! Air conditioner, hot water .... Etc...
