Usually twins or any multiple births tend to be early, but the person you need to ask this to the most is your doctor. You can never really tell when the baby wants to come so keep in contact with your doctor about any thing that happens during now in the pregnancy until the delivery.

The average twin pregnancy is delivered at 36 weeks instead of 39 with a singleton.

You don't have to deliever early. Many multiples come on time. Most do come early though. It just depends on how well you and babies are. Many things can happen so their are many factors that may determine whether you "NEED" to deliever early. They may come early on their own. I have identical girls and they were born early. I had issues with them sharing the same sac. They were made to come early. Your doctor is the best one to talk with about all your concerns. For now, just relax and by the time you are 5 months take it easy......Real easy.
Good luck, many blessings...

They would deliver your babies as close to full term as possible. The longer they are in there the better. There is no medical reason to take them out earlier unless there is a health problem with one of you.

You should probably expect to deliver them 34 weeks at the earliest, 38 weeks at the latest.
Good luck!

Only your doctor can answer that, and even at that, it's unlikely that s/he can answer it now.
This obviously ins't your first pregnancy, so you know some of the variables here. And you also now that there is no way to know when you will deliver, whether it's by c-section or a vaginal delivery.

We do not know your health history. There is no way to predict what will happen but 34 weeks is concidered full term for twins.

twins usually come earlier, depending on how much you and your dr. feel your body can take...remember, its double the baby in the same amount of space
