Try and play a game with them- age appropriate. If they are teens, I suggest cranium or charades.

1)Do things that interests to you most. Maintain a list of activities (For eg: To learn a new art / language/ game. 8 to 10 Weeks).you wanna do and allot reasonable time frame to accomplish.
Objective:- is to keep yourself busy.
2) Stick it on a place where u can view it everyday. ( So that you know when you started and where you stand on your target)
3) Be practical in alloting time for everything on your list and dedicately work on it.
4) Allot time for even your fun activities and stick to it.
4) At the end you wont find time to get bored:)

Stop thinking about yourself! Go do something useful that will make you feel thankful. Like volunteer at an animal shelter or nursing home. If those around you are dull go socialize with those who can be a mentor to you. I hope you grasp my points?
