Bo Jackson played baseball and football (he was a running back). He was good in both but playing both took a toll on his body. He probably would've been better if he had played just one of them.

Most famous besides the ones you already named Deion Sanders who played in a Nfl game and a World Series game the same day. Also Dave Debusschere who played and coached the Detroit Pistons and played pro baseball and how about Chuck Conners who also played pro baseball and basketball and then went on to become a tv star on The Rifleman

Dieon Sanders played MLB baseball, was pretty good; and was an All-pro in football.
Not sure you should count Jordan, who only played briefly in the minor leagues. A LOT of pro football players can claim the same thing, including Elway (I think), Cedric Benson, Chris Weinke, surely a lot more. It's not terribly rare for college footballers to play some minor league baseball in summers while in college.

Jim Thorpe played pro football, baseball, and basketball, which was recently discovered. And obviously he was one of the greatest Olympic stars of all time in several track events.
Babe Dedrickson played basketball, track and field, and one of the great women's golfers of all time. She won the Grand slam in one year and was the AP female athlete of the year 6 times! Sports Illustrated called her the greatest female athlete of the first half of the century. She also won pro billiards tourneys, and even played on baseball teams during the war.
Babe won 82 womens golf tourneys in 20 years.
