I lost my best friend 4 years ago. I still cry when I look at her picture.

She lived in a nearby town which I still can't visit as I can only think of her when I do.

She was only 51 which is to me far to young to go.

The worst of it is I will never know if she died of natural causes or of a drug overdose. She was extremely depressed at the time. She was ill, in pain and I wasn't there for her as I should have been. I try hard to remember how much this hurts when others I love are in pain.

Feel better? I feel like hell.

i am a 17yr old girl and ive lost both my parents, a close guy friend, my brother and a number of paets...all i can say is that it is hard and when its around the hollidays it is even harder i cried for an hour christmas nite thinkin about my mom. she has been gone since '99 and i still think of her. the best thing to do is to go see a grievenvce couselor and let them help u

I am now 62 years old when is was 55 the love of my life my soul mate died in my arms, i'll never forgit it or her, the sadness was almost intolerable, I have survived but there is a hole in my heart that will never heal....life goes on...
