Lose weight, you cant spot lose weight no matter what you are told. Happy New Year and good luck with your endeavor.

Well, you may not think you're fat, but maybe some vigorous walking a few times a week, would also help burn any fat, overall. In other words, it would also affect the facial / neck area.

There's a video by the name of "Facial Magic", which is a series of exercises for the often-neglected facial muscles. These are approached from a very methodical basis, for both men and women. It makes a big difference to tone all of the muscles throughout the face and neck area. It takes time, but it works!

Good luck to you, and Happy New Year to you, too! May we see a better world, than the last few years!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

There is no way to loose fat on ur double chin, but in order to make your cheeks appear less fatty, chew gums a lot, plus quick and consistent skipping habit makes cheeks look less puffy.

This is going to sound awfully silly, but I read somewhere that lightly slapping the underside of your chin with the back of your hand several times daily can help. As far as your cheeks, make funny faces and big grins in the mirror as often as you get a chance. Be very expressive. They're just muscles, they work like any others in your body. If you work them out, they get toned.

As wierd as it sounds, areas that cannot be worked during regular exercise can be toned simply by flexing the muscles.

For your cheeks, suck them in a lot when ever you get the chance. Results are not immediate, but this does work.

For your "double-chin," try flexing the various muscles in your neck.

Another option, that I don't reccomend, is lipo.

Happy New Year!

Liposuction is the only way to target fatty areas that do not respond to diet and exercise, and its not as if you could exercise your chin anyways. I would go with this option since you are in shape every where else on your body. You would be in and out of surgery in a flash. Good luck to you!

Happy New Year

I think losing weight my thin down your cheeks and chin but for real results the only thing that will be of any real good is plastic surgery.
