The software is installed and everything but when I go to print, the only option is my old printer to print to. WHY won't it recognize the new printer? How do I fix this?

oh yeah and my printer is a dell aio 922 all in one and i have a dell inspiron 600m

Delete all old and new printers from your pc. Uninstall all the printer softwares, disconnect the printer, shutdown pc. Turn it back on and install the software but do not connect printer yet until window ask for it.

Are you referring to setting a default printer? Did you check to see if the printer was listed after clicking on the dropdown box?

you have to delete the old printer then add your new printer, it should work
