It depends how good you are.
Some teams run tryouts for voluntary players, I know that MK Lions had a couple last season, not sure if they have this year..
Think it may be too late in the season to try now, but you could scan all the BBL team websites between may and september for notifications of tryouts...
Alternatively, you could start playing in a lesser league, regional teams etc, depending on your age and what is available in your area...
If all else fails, www.whatsbev.com is a great forum site for basketball fans around the country..
Know at least 2 people on there that would be able to point you in the right direction if you asked.
