Okay no jokes here I personally want to see what you guys can think of. I'll start I off,
Lets say the Falcons want Vick gone, We could trade Brooks, a 2nd round pick, and some trade bait. Then we could trade Moss(since I don't think Moss and Vick would work) for a younger, more promising receive (think Bernard Berrian). Then With the 1st round draft pick select Adrian Peterson(If the Lions don't select him.)
But If the falcons drop mora instead of Vick, move Shell to O-line coach and Mora to head. Then get Garcia by giving Brooks to the Eagles and a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

Andrew L that will never happen, atleast on the garcia stand point, I would put money that he will stay as the Eagles 2nd QB unless he gets to start for a team THAT CAN MAKE IT in the playoff race, not a team that will be rebuilding for the next few years.
-Eagles fan side of me (sorry)

But onto the topic.

The raiders need a complete Offensive roster makeover plain and simple.
They should keep artshell atleast one more year, I think he can do it he just has so much lack of talent at any offensive position cept for WR.

The raiders need to go hard after ATL for sure either grab Matt Schaub (whose contract is up this year "I THINK") or trade their first and 3rd round pick for Vick their 1st and 4th round pick, dont underestimate the value of a top 2 draft pick this year. (they get either adrain peterson or Brady quinn (if they still need a qb) which ever the lions elect to pass over. If the raiders don't get the first pick)
They should trade porter for whatever they can get for him since it's obvious him and shell can't coexist. I would then spend most of my draft picks on atleast 3 O-lineman. I would elect to keep moss, because his value has decreased substantially since his partnership with the raiders began, they are better with him then what they could get for him.

First thing they need to do is get a good offensive line. Look at the Jets to see what that can do. They also need a veteran QB, such as Jeff Garcia who is a free agent after the season. Adrian Peterson would be a good pick, the Lions will probably pick Brady Quinn, since Jon Kitna can't be their QB forever.

Randy Moss and Jerry Porter shouldn't be held on to. They don't play as well as they should and they cause trouble. Also Aaron Brooks doesn't seem to like it in Oakland. LaMont Jordan should be given one more shot unless they decide to draft Peterson. In that case they should try to trade him for a third round pick.

In a nutshell, they need an o-line and QB. They'd most likely improve a couple wins with that.

nicely as a Chargers fan i do no longer probable ideas the undeniable fact that Oakland sucks (granted a minimum of you all have gained a interest this 365 days), yet I do see your element. Davis is an previous senile guy who shouldnt be allowed to make mandatory descisions affecting the Raiders. i think of Kiffin is getting the uncooked end of the deal. yet whilst youre a fan you're able to desire to stay a fan. Dont bounce deliver merely because of the fact of undesirable descisions of better ups. It happens to everyones team each and every so often. good success for you and your Raiders...until they play us then i'm hoping you all choke. lol. ;)

Sell the team. Al Davies is so out of touch with the game any more he can't make the right decisions in regards to the betterment of his team.

Fire art Shell-no control or motivation
get a new qb-vick
release moss-poison to team
relocate to Syracuse,NY
defense-is solid

i would then resign if i was al davis, the bastred is scenial and has no mind for football too damn old.
