You have two sticks covered in rubber and you use them to flip this other stick, with rubber flaps on the ends, back and forth.

I would know I have this toy and play with them a lot, they have many names, I call them Devils Sticks,or they can also be called Flower Sticks, or Butterfly Sticks they are a little hard to learn but when you get it down it's easy to do it and learnd and make up your own tricks and things. FUN!!!!!!!!!
