Where can I find a website that has cheap wallpaper/ringtones for my cell phone w/out paying monthly?

I have a cingular phone, but I dont want to pay alot for so little.

I use the website www.zedge.net . All the wallpapers are free. The only thing that you have to pay for is when you get on the internet on your phone to upload them.

on your phone you can go to a URL, from there go to 3gforfree.com , from there you can get it for free. It doesn't always have the best sounding stuff...but hey you get what you pay for right?
