i found the best way to play a game at its best is to have a good video card, and adjust the video settings option in game for your card, and also make sure no applications are running in the background such as a media player, messanger, limewire and so on. if these dont work then more than likely you need to get a better video card. hope this helps. i learned these tips playing around with my video settings for a LONG while, and from some web sites for games that i looked into. alot of games need to run when nothing else is running.

With stats like that they should run their best, the Nvida Force Graphics card always work wonders for my game, smooth graphics and no lag. I play World of WarCraft too (FOR THE HORDE), your computer should be great enough to run those games, just have the surround sound Boise speakers and your set.

i play americas army religiously and i also have the same setup as you. the best advice i can give to you is always play in a low ping room.
if your ping is over 100 you will get that dreaded lag.

and dont be a defense whore.
